Kytrina Blair - Restructuring Manager

Kytrina is a Law graduate from QUB.  She qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2015 in the Belfast office of BDO.  In 2016, Kytrina achieved a Diploma in Forensic Accounting with distinction from Chartered Accountants Ireland.   Kytrina then went on to broaden her commercial acumen with a period working in industry as a financial accountant for Terex.  

Kytrina joined RFA in 2020, bringing her forensic accounting skills and commercial experience to bear on advising businesses that were demonstrating signs of financial weakness with a view to identifying the underlying issues and developing appropriate solutions and action plans to deliver optimum solutions.

My job is a mix of formal insolvency and advisory work supporting distressed businesses through restructuring or in an insolvency process which requires me to manage the varying demands of stakeholders through close liaison between Directors, creditors, employees and other interested parties.   In advisory engagements I advise clients and businesses on funding applications, performing independent financial reviews, preparing cashflows and Business Plans.

I like being challenged both in my career and on a personal level.  I enjoy working in an environment where no two days are the same, and whilst this can be challenging, I love to learn new things which helps to me to grow confidence in myself and my achievements.

I enjoy spending time with family and friends, going to the gym and walking my dog Alfie.
