Rachel Fowler - Managing Director

Rachel founded RFA in 2018 with a desire to create a boutique Advisory practice that offers a tailored service to clients facing financial distress, recovering from crisis or simply wishing to kick on and grow. Leveraging from Rachel's reputation in the NI market, RFA was born.  A Chartered Accountant and Insolvency Practitioner, Rachel is an advisor with over 15 years’ experience. She prides herself on offering a service that helps ease the pressures faced by business owners.

My job has evolved from dealing with absolutely everything in RFA to focusing on the team. I am encouraging and mentoring our team to deliver a first class service. I am the primary contact point for clients and our referral base, from there the team and I develop a plan to deal with issues as they arise.

I love easing the pressure for my clients, whether a business is in distress or going through a growth phase having a trusted advisor can really make a difference. On a personal level I love the variety of sectors I help.  I maintain that no matter what my son Jack wants to do I will know someone in the industry and I’ll support him.

I love spending time with my family and friends, hopefully they will be there long after RFA. I enjoy sharing a glass of wine, a laugh and good food with friends.
